The highlight is in the second adlib part actually... At first, when the song was sung during morning briefings, each person would take turns reporting on their daily tasks via adlibbing.

This was rather difficult as you can imagine. I personally enjoyed this, however, and would, therefore, incorporate a dance along side my report during my turn...

One day, the ward mayors furiously complained about how this was "too difficult" and henceforth, the idea was discontinued. For that reason, we do not currently sing our company song during the morning briefings.

What a shame... Speaking of which, Shumai also participated in the recording and was able to complete it perfectly in one try...! It really helped increase the employees' motivation.
