Track 4

Mongolia – Ger Interior
So… this is a m-morin… khuur.1 The sound it makes is so beautiful…
Munch munch… This meat is bussin’! I wish I could eat this forever~!
(In Mongolian) Haha, what an energetic way to eat. But be careful not to choke on your food.
(In Mongolian) There’s plenty of food to go around. You boys must be hungry. Please, eat to your heart’s content.
(...Despite our broken Mongolian, our words somehow got across.)

Flashback
(In Mongolian) …I see. You guys are the people from JPN.
(In Mongolian) I don’t really know what happened, but being out here is dangerous. Come, follow me. I’ll take you guys back to safety.

Mongolia – Ger Interior
(Thanks to these people, we managed to contact our tour guide. We’ll be able to meet up tomorrow no problem.)
(And, not only did they help us out, they even allowed us to stay with them in their ger for the night. How welcoming…)
I’m glad we made it back in one piece, Akuta..
Mwe foo, iph oll wriaus Enva-fan aa eer, haha!
D-Don’t talk with your mouth full! You’re gonna choke!
(In Mongolian) You guys must be cold after being out in a place like that. Be sure to warm up properly.
Ah, um… ba-bayarlalaa. Bayarlalaa!2 (... th-thanks. Thanks!)
(In Mongolian) When I heard there would be guests coming from JPN, I was hoping I would be able to meet them. Please, enjoy your stay here tonight.
T-Tiymee. Bayarlalaa.3 (Y-Yes. Thank you.)
(It looks like she said, “Enjoy your stay here,” just now while patting my shoulder with a smile.)
(...I see. Even if we can’t understand each other very well, their kindness is still apparent)
(We… should also welcome the guests of HAMA with such “hospitality.”)
Munch munch… Fwaa! Ahh, the food seriously slapped! Bussin’ bussin’!
You finally finished eating? What were you saying earlier?
I said, “Me too, it’s all because Renga-san was here!”
Me?
Ye. I mean, if you didn't grind Mongolian before we left, we wouldn’t have made it back to enjoy this bussin’ feast.
Then again, I for real thought you were being waaay too uptight. I mean, ever since this study tour was decided, all you’ve done was prepare, review, prepare, review.
Oh yeah, you did say something like that earlier.
I was just gonna wing it when D-day came, like, just do it!!4 Or something like that, so I for real thought you were freaking out too much.
But then, because you knew all that stuff about the horses and temperatures, we were able to spend a better time here.
And what you said earlier, “If you learn the other person’s language, you’ll be able to become better friends,” like that seriously vibed with me.
Like, I’ll definitely need to do that if I’m gonna film overseas and become a cinematographic master.
Also, you were dope as hell when you spoke Mongolian earlier!

I-It’s no big deal… I just did what I had to!
And I mean… we were only able to fight off the cold… and encounter that man because you were here.
I couldn’t have made it back alone, it was a group effort.
…
…To be honest, this wouldn’t have happened if I had just paid more attention in the first place. I should’ve done better as the leader…

*jump hugs Renga* Renga-san you’re so serious~~~~! But that’s what I love about you~~~!
Gah!?
But then again, just because you’re a leader doesn’t mean you can hard carry everything by yourself, y’know?
Like, take movie production for example. It’s not like the director runs a one-man show by himself. Well, I guess some do.
But normally, you have a screenwriter, actors, camera men, and stuff….
The finished movie is a result of a lot of peoples’ hard work! And I think this works in the same way~.
…
Like for us, we made it ‘cause we fit each other to a T! Teamwork makes the dream work! Like cooperation, interconnection… or A FUSION!
A fusion…? Uh, I don’t really get it, but… yeah. Exactly.
(In Mongolian) Hey, you guys should come dance with us, too! Grandma was teaching us the moves earlier. C’mon, I’ll show you!
Huh? You want us to dance together? I don’t really understand, but I somehow get the vibes~!
C’mon, Renga-san! Let’s go dance!
…Right behind you!
